YOGA!


I started doing YOGA a few years ago and I have finally found a workout that makes me lean. When i first signed up for the gym I asked this Girl Trainer to show me what i need to do to not get bulky. But ended up showing me all the different workouts that was not good for my body... so i stopped with the workouts that she advised me to do and started doing YOGA.

There are many benefits of yoga which you must know. Some of the benefits of yoga are:

-STRESS Relief

-Inner Peace, Calm and Authentic Happiness

-Increased Strength, Physical Conditioning and a Beautiful Posture

-Weight Loss and Weight Management

-Increased Overall Energy

-Improved Sleep

-Heightened Mental and Intuitive Awareness

-Improved Hormonal Balance (especially important in cases of breast cancer, infertility and prenatal    conditioning)

-Brain Synchronization and Brain Fitness

-Whole Body Detoxification

I must say if one workout has that many amazing benefits you need to add those to your daily plan. 

It's only an hour a day or more if you have time. I'm sure you will love it... even though at the beginning you'll be stiff compared to the instructure but you'll get the hang of it after a while. check out the picture below (that was me at the beginning but don't laugh) :-)
